Season 2 Is Coming, and No, I Will Not Stop Calling It a Safari
Word from the scouts out past Zul'Aman: something ancient, venomous, and thoroughly displeased about being disturbed is stirring. They're calling it "Ula'tek." Sounds like exactly my kind of trophy.

The Timeline (Give or Take — Blizzard Hasn't Carved It in Stone Yet)

• 🐍 July 7 — The lead-in quest drops. Young Zul'jan and his uncle Kinduru stumble into an Amani-troll mystery at a gathering. Go find out what they've walked into.
• 🏝️ ~August 11 — Patch 12.1 "Curse of Ula'tek" lands: a new zone (Coiled Isle, tucked off Zul'Aman), the Altar of Fangs dungeon, a housing update, and fresh Delves. Content first, chaos later.
• ⚔️ ~August 18 — Season 2 proper opens one week after that: the 8-boss Venomous Abyss raid (ending, appropriately, with Ula'tek itself), a new Mythic+ rotation, and a ranked PvP reset. That's when the real hunting begins.

Treat those "~"s as "give or take a few days," not gospel — I'll holler in Discord if the dates move.

What You Should Be Doing Between Now and Then
Don't just stand around admiring the scenery:

• Spend your Season 1 Dawncrests before rollover — they lose value once Season 2 opens, and I didn't raise you to leave currency on the ground
• Bank Catalyst charges for launch instead of blowing them early
• Keep chipping at the Omnium Folio — it's been running since June 16 and won't wait around for stragglers
• If a character's parked short of 90, now's the window to fix that before the new content shows up

Meanwhile, Back in Voidspire...
9/9 Normal down, 8/9 Heroic and still hunting hard — one boss left before we set our sights past the horizon. Keep showing up, keep pulling your weight, and I'll keep pretending I'm not proud of you.
