| Raid Days | Thursday / Friday |
| Invites | 6:30 CST |
| First Pull | 7:00 CST |
| Progress | 9/9 Normal | Working Heroic |
Leadership Structure
GM / Raid Manager (Madmortagan)
โ Final authority on roster, policy, and escalations.
โ
โโโ Raid Lead
โ Calls pulls, sets strategy, manages roster night-of.
โ
โโโ Tank Lead โ MT/OT assignments, defensive cooldowns, positioning
โโโ Healer Lead โ assignments, externals rotation, throughput checks
โโโ DPS Lead โ interrupt order, target priority, damage check accountability
Role Leads are responsible for their role's performance and communication. Go to your Role Lead first, then the Raid Lead if needed.
Roster
| Slot | Count |
| Tank | 2 |
| Healer | 4โ5 |
| DPS | 13โ14 |
| Total | ~20 |
ilvl Floor: Normal 245+ | Heroic 265+. Players below the floor will not receive a raid invite until they meet it. No exceptions.
Attendance
- Sign up (or decline) in the raid Discord channel by Wednesday night
- If something comes up last minute, post in Discord as soon as you know
- No-shows without notice count as an unexcused absence
- 3 unexcused absences = roster review with the GM
- Chronic lateness (past 7:00 CST without notice) may result in losing your core spot
If life gets busy, just communicate โ we're adults, we understand. Silence is what creates problems.
Preparation
You are expected to show up ready to pull, not ready to prepare.
- Consumables: Flask, food buff, health potions โ every raid night, every pull
- Gear: Gemmed and enchanted to your ilvl. No empty sockets. No missing enchants
- Spec: Correct spec and talent build for your role
- Boss Knowledge: Watch the relevant boss video before we pull a new boss. We will not spend raid time explaining mechanics from scratch
Behavior & Communication
During Pulls
- Voice chat stays clear during pulls. Chatter is welcome between pulls
- No blame-calling on wipes in voice or chat. Wipes happen โ we learn and pull again
- Constructive feedback about a pull goes through the Raid Lead or Role Lead, not open chat
In General
- Zero tolerance for harassment, personal attacks, or public callouts
- Criticism of performance is private โ Role Lead to player, or player to Role Lead
- Respect the Raid Lead's calls during raid night. If you disagree, bring it up after
- Disputes go to the Raid Lead first, then the GM if unresolved
Loot Rules
- Default: Open Roll. Every eligible player rolls; highest roll wins
- Main Spec over Off Spec. If a main spec player wants the item, off-spec rolls don't compete
- PUG equality. PUGs roll with the same rights as core members
- Progression Override. Leadership may redirect gear to a tank or healer to help progression โ always announced openly to the raid. No backroom deals, ever
- No side trades without Raid Lead approval
Performance Expectations
- Mechanics first. Dying to avoidable damage is always worse than lower throughput. Stand in nothing
- Know your class. Use resources (Wowhead, Icy Veins, class Discords). If you're struggling, ask
- Underperformance is handled privately. Your Role Lead will reach out first
- Meters are a tool, not a scoreboard. We look at logs to find problems, not to rank players
PUGs
When we fill open spots with PUGs, they are treated as guests โ equal in loot rights and held to the same behavior standards. Consistent PUGs who prove reliable may be offered a core roster spot by the GM.
PUGs who cause problems during raid night will not be reinvited.
The Short Version: Show up on time. Come prepared. Be respectful. Roll for your loot. Learn the fights. Have fun.
Questions? Bring them to the Raid Lead or GM through Discord.
